Pilates exercises are a series of low-impact movements that strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve flexibility and balance, and enhance posture. It focuses on strengthening the core muscles . Benefits of Pilates are improved strength, flexibility, mobility, enhanced posture and balance and improved joint mobility . It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don't need to have done any pilates before to do it.
The group is run by an external qualified tutor who caters for all ability levels, with or without experience. There is a fee for six sessions.
